If Mercury Retrograde rends to present itself to you as a challenging time ~ consider instead taking the opportunity to reflect in that moment and ask yourself one question: "What am I taking for granted?" because it may reveal to you that which you may have forgotten is a blessing in your life ~ most often it can be even just one simple thing that you overlook ~ nothing is too small that we cannot recognise it as a gift ;)

Mercury Retrograde is often dreaded by many due to the stigma surrounding it but in my view it is a welcomed time for taking extra deep rest and soul reflection.  It is a chance to RESET yourself and your life, take a breath and pause before making a decision, moving into a new direction or take an existing pathway to a higher  level.  This "time-out" can help us be more fully  prepared for a new phase in life, or with making important decisions.  Here are some words which I feel can help us receive the best blessings from any Mercury Retrograde:

~ REflect ~ be the observer of your lifeand things you have learnt

~ REjuvenate ~ indulge your soul in more of what you love

~ REmember ~ see the blessings in what you already have

~ REiterate ~ write affirmations for whats important to you in life

~ RElax ~ take extra rest whenever you need it without guilt

~ REhydrate - drink plenty of water it keeps energy flowing within

~ REalign ~ meditate and ground yourself with mother earth

~ REassess ~ take time to look over everything clearly

~ REsponsability ~ take control of things in your life again

~ REjoice ~ You are alive, so smile and be happy and enjoy each moment!

With so much happening with the influx of high vibrational energies and planetary activity and retrogrades, here are a few ways to assist you during these times, and though some may seem obvious, are easily overlooked, so may serve as good reminders ♡

~ Each day ground yourself and connected above and below

~ Stay centred in your heart space and fill yourself with light

♡

~ Eat nutritional, nourishing, clean, high vibrational food

♡

~ Drink plenty of water

♡

~ Take daily gentle exercise or just stretch - all movement helps

♡

~ Spend time in nature

♡

~ Take time to breath, relax or meditate and listen to gentle music

♡

~ Get plenty of sleep and extra rest whenever you need to

♡

~ Be creative - write, paint, draw, bake – or try something new

♡

~ Relax and read the book you always wanted to read

♡

~ Spend time with those who bring you joy and enrich your life

♡

~ Its okay to release emotions, letting go makes space for the new

♡

~ Give yourself permission to be, do or feel whatever you need to

♡

~ Be present, enjoy each moment consciously

♡

~ Be in gratitude, see the miracles and blessings in your life at this time

♡

~ Remember you are LOVE and you are LOVED always
