With so much happening with the influx of high vibrational energies and planetary activity and retrogrades, here are a few ways to assist you during these times, and though some may seem obvious, are easily overlooked, so may serve as good reminders ♡

Take time to breath, relax or meditate and listen to gentle music

Get plenty of sleep and extra rest whenever you need to

creative - write, paint, draw, bake – or try something new

~ Relax
and read the book you always wanted to read

Spend time with those who bring you joy and enrich your life

Its okay to release emotions, letting go makes space for the new

Give yourself permission to be, do or feel whatever you need to

present, enjoy each moment consciously
